• Process subscription payments
• Send deadline reminder emails
• Improve platform functionality
• Respond to support requests

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL, India-compliant infrastructure)
• 256-bit encryption in transit and at rest
• Row-level security ensures consultants only access their own client data
• Regular security audits conducted

5. Third-Party Services

• Razorpay: payment processing
• Resend: transactional emails
• Supabase: database and authentication
• Vercel: hosting infrastructure

We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Data Retention

• Account data retained while subscription active
• Compliance reports retained for 3 years minimum (regulatory requirement)
• Data deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
