By using WasteTrack, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
WasteTrack provides software to automate CPCB compliance report generation including Form IV, Form V, Form 10 Manifest, and ESG carbon reports. We are a software tool, not an environmental consultancy.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate waste and facility data
- Verify generated reports before filing with regulatory authorities
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
4. Disclaimer
WasteTrack generates reports based on data provided by users. We recommend verification by a qualified environmental consultant before submission to CPCB/SPCB. WasteTrack is not liable for penalties resulting from inaccurate user-provided data.
5. Subscription and Payments
- Subscriptions billed monthly via Razorpay
- Free trial: 1 client, 2 reports
- Pricing tiers as displayed on /billing
- No refunds on subscription payments
- Cancel anytime; access continues until end of billing period
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
WasteTrack platform, design, and code are owned by WasteTrack. User data remains property of the user.
8. Limitation of Liability
WasteTrack is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, regulatory penalties, or business losses arising from use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Jaipur, Rajasthan.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
